【摘要】：目的:探討直腸內(nèi)脫垂基于綜合治療下線形切除固定與環(huán)形切除臨床療效比較,同時觀察兩種術(shù)式術(shù)后復查排糞造影的變化。方法:把60例患者隨機分為試驗組和對照組,分別給予“直腸內(nèi)脫垂線形切除固定術(shù)+術(shù)后口服中藥+功能鍛煉”、“PPH(直腸內(nèi)脫垂環(huán)形切除)術(shù)+術(shù)后口服中藥+功能鍛煉”治療,總療程為2月。分別比較兩組治療前后的有效率、治療前后、治療前與隨訪、治療后與隨訪的癥狀評分,兩組內(nèi)治療后、隨訪時的各個癥狀評分的比較。術(shù)后復查排糞造影。結(jié)果:治療后試驗組有效率為97%,對照組有效率為80%,兩組在治療前后、治療前與隨訪的癥狀評分上均有顯著差異P0.01;對照組治療后和隨訪在癥狀評分上無差異P0.05;試驗組治療后和隨訪在癥狀評分上顯著差異P0.01。對照組治療后排糞造影無明顯改變,而試驗組基本能恢復原本的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)論:試驗組基本能恢復直腸原本的解剖結(jié)構(gòu),術(shù)后半年的顯效率及治愈率明顯高于對照組,并能改善患者的臨床癥狀,恢復直腸的正常生理功能,因此可以作為直腸內(nèi)脫垂的臨床治療方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of internal rectal prolapse with linear resection, fixation and circular resection, and to observe the changes of re-examination defecography after operation. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. "PPH (internal rectal prolapse ring resection) after oral Chinese medicine functional exercise" treatment, the total course of treatment for 2 months. The effective rate before and after treatment, the symptom scores before and after treatment, and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Post-operative defecography. Results: the effective rate was 97% in the experimental group and 80% in the control group after treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups in the scores of symptoms before and after treatment and follow-up (P0.01). In the control group, there was no difference in symptom score after treatment and follow-up (P 0.05), while in the test group, there was significant difference in symptom score after treatment and follow-up (P 0.01). The defecography in the control group had no obvious change after treatment, but the anatomic structure of the experimental group was basically restored. Conclusion: the experimental group can basically restore the original anatomical structure of the rectum, and the effective rate and cure rate of the experimental group are obviously higher than that of the control group half a year after operation, and can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and restore the normal physiological function of the rectum. Therefore, it can be used as a clinical treatment for internal rectal prolapse.
