PMMA與CPC構(gòu)建復(fù)合型可注射骨水泥的研究進展

【摘要】:正21世紀進行組織修復(fù)的最佳方式是利用組織工程學(xué)材料短期內(nèi)替代自身受損或缺損的組織,待機體自身組織細胞增殖后重新獲得修復(fù)~([1-2])。雖然自體骨移植是治療骨缺損的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷、取骨區(qū)感染、血腫、感覺障礙等并發(fā)癥的存在,無疑是"拆東墻、補西墻";同種異體骨組織容易獲取、且來源廣泛,但它依然不是最理想的骨組織修復(fù)材料,因為同種異體骨組織具有一定的致病性和免疫
[Abstract]:The best way to repair tissues in the 21st century is to replace the damaged or defective tissues with tissue engineering materials in the short term. Although autologous bone transplantation is the gold standard for the treatment of bone defect, the complications of surgical trauma, infection of bone extraction area, hematoma and sensory disturbance are undoubtedly "removing the east wall and repairing the western wall". Allogeneic bone tissue is easily available and from a wide range of sources, but it is still not the most ideal bone tissue repair material, because allogeneic bone tissue has a certain pathogenicity and immunity.
