【摘要】：目的分析控制性括約肌側(cè)切術(shù)治療陳舊性肛裂的療效。方法選取2015年11月~2016年9月我院收治的陳舊性肛裂患者95例作為研究對象,均開展控制性括約肌側(cè)切術(shù)治療。結(jié)果全部患者一次性治愈,無排便失禁、排氣失敗等情況。結(jié)論控制性括約肌側(cè)切術(shù)治療陳舊性肛裂療效明確,有效替身治愈率,降低肛門失禁風(fēng)險,值得推薦。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the efficacy of controlled sphincterotomy in the treatment of old anal fissure. Methods from November 2015 to September 2016, 95 patients with old anal fissure were treated with controlled sphincterotomy. Results all patients were cured in one-time, no defecation incontinence, failure of exhaust and so on. Conclusion the curative effect of controlled sphincterotomy in the treatment of old anal fissure is clear, the cure rate is effective and the risk of anal incontinence can be reduced.
