【摘要】：正目前臨床常用的各型三通呼吸通路的進(jìn)鏡孔直徑相對固定,不能滿足不同型號纖支鏡進(jìn)出的要求,且在經(jīng)纖支鏡氣管支架置入術(shù)中,存在纖支鏡和支架輸送器一同進(jìn)出氣道的情況,常用的三通呼吸通路不能滿足臨床要求。通過臨床觀察和試驗,本研究自制了一款瓣葉式三通呼吸通路,并將它用于全麻下的經(jīng)纖支鏡氣管支架置入術(shù),取得了滿意的臨床效果,現(xiàn)報告如下。1資料與方法1.1一般資料擇期行全麻下經(jīng)纖支鏡氣管支架置入術(shù)患者20例,男12
[Abstract]:At present, the diameter of various types of three-way respiratory pathway is relatively fixed, which can not meet the requirements of different types of fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and in the tracheal stenting through fiberoptic bronchoscope, it can not meet the requirements of different types of fiberoptic bronchoscopy. In the presence of bronchofiberscope and stent conveyer, the common three-way respiratory pathway can not meet the clinical requirements. Through clinical observation and experiment, a valve lobe type three-way respiratory pathway was developed and applied to the tracheal stenting under general anesthesia, and satisfactory clinical results were obtained. This paper reports as follows: 1 data and methods 1.1 General data of 20 patients (12 males) undergoing tracheal stenting under general anesthesia under fiberoptic bronchoscopy are reported.
