凍結(jié)肩患者肩關(guān)節(jié)致纖維化細(xì)胞因子和炎癥細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)

【摘要】:目的探討致纖維化細(xì)胞因子和炎癥細(xì)胞因子在凍結(jié)肩發(fā)生中的可能作用。方法 2014年9月至2016年4月,20例凍結(jié)肩患者接受肩關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù),其中原發(fā)性凍結(jié)肩10例(A組),繼發(fā)性凍結(jié)肩10例(B組)。以同期接受肩關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)的10例非凍結(jié)肩患者作為對(duì)照(C組)。q PCR檢測(cè)肩關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶1(MMP1)、MMP3、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、白細(xì)胞介素-1(IL-1)、IL-6、IL-8、粒細(xì)胞巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)和巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)m RNA表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果 A組和B組MMP1和MMP3 m RNA表達(dá)高于C組(P0.05),TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、GM-CSF和M-CSF m RNA顯著高于C組(P0.001),A組和B組間各因子m RNA表達(dá)無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論凍結(jié)肩的發(fā)生可能與患者關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織中致纖維化細(xì)胞因子和炎癥細(xì)胞因子的高表達(dá)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the possible role of fibrogenic cytokines and inflammatory cytokines in the development of frozen shoulder. Methods from September 2014 to April 2016, 20 patients with frozen shoulder underwent arthroscopic surgery, including 10 patients with primary frozen shoulder (group A) and 10 patients with secondary frozen shoulder (group B). Ten patients with unfrozen shoulder underwent arthroscopic shoulder surgery were used as control group (group C,). Q PCR was used to detect matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP1), MMP3, tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) in synovial tissue of shoulder joint). Interleukin-1 (IL-1), IL-6,IL-8, granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF) m RNA) were expressed. Results the expression of MMP1 and MMP3 m RNA in group A and group B was higher than that in group C (P0.05). The expression of TNF- 偽, IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,GM-CSF and M-CSF m RNA was significantly higher in group A than in group C (P0.001). There was no significant difference in the expression of m RNA between group A and group B (P 0.05). Conclusion the occurrence of frozen shoulder may be related to the high expression of fibrogenic cytokines and inflammatory cytokines in synovial tissue.
