【摘要】：目的:介紹中國成人心血管外科注冊(cè)登記數(shù)據(jù)庫構(gòu)建思路和功能,供國內(nèi)類似數(shù)據(jù)庫參考。方法:通過參考同類數(shù)據(jù)庫,并結(jié)合我國心血管外科注冊(cè)登記現(xiàn)狀、硬件條件和國際數(shù)據(jù)交流的需求,進(jìn)行變量篩選、元數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)建及數(shù)據(jù)庫邏輯構(gòu)建等工作。最終構(gòu)建基于網(wǎng)頁的能夠進(jìn)行跨數(shù)據(jù)庫交換并具備多種功能的心血管外科信息交流平臺(tái)。結(jié)果:數(shù)據(jù)庫包含患者基本信息、危險(xiǎn)因素、醫(yī)療活動(dòng)及終點(diǎn)事件等超過300個(gè)不同種類的變量,參照臨床數(shù)據(jù)交換標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)會(huì)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可進(jìn)行跨領(lǐng)域數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)接;收錄受試者圍術(shù)期所有重要信息,同時(shí)具有自動(dòng)邏輯核查、研究進(jìn)度自動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)、研究數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出和電子病歷數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入功能。結(jié)論:中國成人心血管外科注冊(cè)登記數(shù)據(jù)庫是一個(gè)符合我國心血管外科發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,具有中國成人心血管外科特征,同時(shí)兼顧國際對(duì)接和交流的數(shù)據(jù)研究服務(wù)平臺(tái),將在醫(yī)療質(zhì)量改善以及臨床科研中起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to introduce the ideas and functions of adult cardiovascular surgery registration database in China. Methods: by referring to the similar databases and combining the status quo of the registration of cardiovascular surgery in China, the hardware conditions and the requirements of international data exchange, the work of variable screening, metadata creation and database logic construction were carried out. Finally, a web-based cardiovascular surgery information exchange platform which can exchange information across databases and have multiple functions is constructed. Results: the database contains more than 300 different kinds of variables, such as patients' basic information, risk factors, medical activities and endpoint events. Cross-domain data docking can be carried out according to the data standard of the Association of Clinical data Exchange Standards. It contains all the important information during perioperative period, and has the functions of automatic logical verification, automatic statistics of research progress, research data export and data import of electronic medical records. Conclusion: China Adult Cardiovascular surgery Registry Database is a data research service platform which accords with the development of cardiovascular surgery in China, has the characteristics of Chinese adult cardiovascular surgery, and also takes into account international docking and communication. It will play an important role in the improvement of medical quality and clinical scientific research.
