【摘要】：正下腔靜脈(inferior vena cava,IVC)濾器(IVC filter,IVCF)已廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床。近年來,有關(guān)IVCF并發(fā)癥的報道越來越多,主要包括:IVCF移位、斷裂、IVC穿孔及IVC閉塞等~([1-4])。為了進一步提高對濾器導(dǎo)致的IVC穿孔的認識,現(xiàn)就1例濾器導(dǎo)致的IVC穿孔的患者作一報道。臨床資料患者男,67歲。因"突發(fā)腹痛4 h"入院�；颊�4 h前進食
[Abstract]:The inferior vena cava (inferior vena cava,IVC) filter (IVC filter,IVCF) has been widely used in clinical practice. In recent years, more and more IVCF complications have been reported, including IVCF displacement, rupture, IVC perforation and IVC occlusion. In order to improve the understanding of IVC perforation caused by filter, a case of IVC perforation caused by filter is reported. Clinical data male, 67 years old. Patients were admitted to hospital because of "sudden abdominal pain for 4 hours". The patient took food 4 hours before.
