【摘要】：目的：探討改良TST術(shù)治療混合痔的臨床療效。方法：將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的30例混合痔患者按隨機(jī)原則分成試驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組各15例,試驗(yàn)組采用“改良TST術(shù)”治療,對(duì)照組采用“TST術(shù)”治療。觀(guān)察兩組病例的臨床療效及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,包括標(biāo)本切除量、術(shù)中出血、術(shù)后疼痛、術(shù)后二便情況、肛門(mén)墜脹、術(shù)后肛緣水腫及肛緣贅皮殘留等指標(biāo),并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果：在標(biāo)本切除量、術(shù)后疼痛、術(shù)后第一次大便通暢情況、術(shù)后肛緣水腫、肛緣贅皮殘留方面,試驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；在術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后小便情況、術(shù)后大便次數(shù)、肛門(mén)墜脹等方面比較,無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。近期隨訪(fǎng)均無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論：改良TST術(shù)不僅有效地保留了原有術(shù)式保護(hù)肛墊組織的優(yōu)勢(shì)；且對(duì)肛墊組織具有更好的懸吊效果,在提高臨床療效的同時(shí)減少并發(fā)癥,是一種療效確切、安全可靠的治療痔的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of modified TST procedure on mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: thirty patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 15) and the control group (n = 15). The experimental group was treated with modified TST procedure and the control group with "TST procedure". The clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed, including sample removal, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative pain, postoperative stool, anal dropsy, perianal edema and residue of perianal neoplasm, and were statistically analyzed. Results: the experimental group was superior to the control group in the quantity of specimen excision, postoperative pain, the first defecation unobstructed after operation, perianal edema and residual exfoliative skin in the anal margin (P0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding, postoperative urination, postoperative defecation, anal bloating and so on (P0.05). No recurrence was found at short term follow-up. Conclusion: the modified TST procedure not only preserves the advantages of the original operation in protecting the anal pad tissue effectively. It is an effective, safe and reliable method to treat hemorrhoids.
