【摘要】：目的;探討自制下肢多功能支架對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)功能位的活動(dòng)度,及對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹指數(shù)的評(píng)定,探討自制下肢多功能支架的作用機(jī)制及其對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)功能的影響。方法:對(duì)于符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的34例膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后患者進(jìn)行使用下肢多功能支架進(jìn)行康復(fù)練習(xí),術(shù)后1天開始,持續(xù)2周,一個(gè)月為一個(gè)周期。結(jié)果:運(yùn)用自制下肢多功能支架進(jìn)行膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后康復(fù)功能練習(xí),患者的肢體腫脹癥狀、體征和預(yù)防感染程度,均有不同程度的改善,與勃朗氏架比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)患者膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度明顯改善,差異顯著。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用自制下肢多功能支架后患者膝關(guān)節(jié)及周圍軟組.織腫脹疼痛明顯減輕,膝關(guān)節(jié)早期活動(dòng)度增加,有效預(yù)防下肢深靜脈血栓,同時(shí)兼顧治療重度骨折術(shù)后患者康復(fù),有效預(yù)防垂足。根據(jù)術(shù)后康復(fù)要求及生理解剖上的改變,選用自制下肢多功能支架對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后能夠取得令人滿意的康復(fù)效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the range of motion of knee joint function position and the evaluation of knee swelling index after knee arthroplasty with self-made multifunctional lower limb scaffolds, and to explore the mechanism of self-made multifunctional lower limb scaffolds and their effects on knee joint function. Methods: 34 patients with knee arthroplasty who met the inclusion criteria were treated with lower limb multifunctional scaffolds for rehabilitation exercise. One day after operation lasted for 2 weeks and one month was a cycle. Results: after knee arthroplasty with self-made multifunctional lower limb scaffolds, the symptoms, signs and prevention of infection of the patients were improved in varying degrees. The difference was statistically significant (p 0.05). Conclusion: the knee joint and surrounding soft group were treated with self-made multi-functional lower limb stent. The dysmenia pain was alleviated obviously, the early movement of knee joint increased, the deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity was prevented effectively, and the rehabilitation of patients with severe fracture was taken into account to prevent foot droop effectively. According to the requirement of postoperative rehabilitation and the changes of physiologic anatomy, self-made multifunctional lower limb scaffolds can obtain satisfactory rehabilitation effect after knee arthroplasty.
