【摘要】：反式肩關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)(RTSA)是近年來肩關(guān)節(jié)重建手術(shù)中最具影響力的手術(shù)革新之一。這種假體設(shè)計(jì)在治療肩袖關(guān)節(jié)病方面效果顯著,可以有效緩解患者肩部疼痛及改善上舉能力,其適應(yīng)證已經(jīng)擴(kuò)展到腫瘤切除后肩關(guān)節(jié)重建、解剖型置換或關(guān)節(jié)表面置換失敗后翻修等領(lǐng)域。但是其術(shù)后具有較高的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,這給臨床醫(yī)生帶來了很大的挑戰(zhàn)。本文主要針對(duì)RTSA常見并發(fā)癥的主要危險(xiǎn)因素和防治對(duì)策做一文獻(xiàn)綜述。
[Abstract]:Trans shoulder arthroplasty (RTSA) is one of the most influential surgical innovations in shoulder arthroplasty in recent years. The prosthetic design is effective in the treatment of rotator cuff arthropathy. It can effectively relieve shoulder pain and improve the ability of lifting up. The indication has been extended to the reconstruction of shoulder joint after tumor resection. Anatomic replacement or joint surface replacement failure after revision and other areas. However, the high incidence of postoperative complications poses a great challenge to clinicians. This article reviews the main risk factors and preventive measures of common complications of RTSA.
