【摘要】：術(shù)中神經(jīng)監(jiān)測可用于識別喉上神經(jīng)外支并評估其功能完整性,有助于保護(hù)病人音質(zhì)、音調(diào)。國際神經(jīng)監(jiān)測學(xué)組基于MEDLINE數(shù)據(jù)庫(1950-2013年)中喉上神經(jīng)外支相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),撰寫了甲狀腺及甲狀旁腺術(shù)中喉上神經(jīng)外支監(jiān)測指南,旨在提高甲狀腺及甲狀旁腺手術(shù)中喉上神經(jīng)外支監(jiān)測的實用性和可操作性。該指南對EBSLN的解剖分型、病理生理及其術(shù)中保護(hù)方法和適應(yīng)證均做了詳細(xì)闡述。
[Abstract]:Intraoperative nerve monitoring can be used to identify and evaluate the functional integrity of the superior laryngeal nerve and to protect the patient's sound quality and tone. Based on the MEDLINE database (1950-2013), the international neuromonitoring team wrote a monitoring guide for the external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve in thyroid and parathyroid gland surgery. To improve the practicability and maneuverability of monitoring the superior laryngeal nerve in thyroid and parathyroid surgery. This guide describes in detail the anatomical classification, pathophysiology, intraoperative protection and indications of EBSLN.
