【摘要】：目的研究分析帶股方肌蒂骨瓣移位治療成人股骨頭缺血性壞死的療效及安全性。方法選取2013年1月-2016年1月于我院接受帶股方肌蒂骨瓣移植手術(shù)的患者96例作為研究對(duì)象,參照世界骨循環(huán)研究學(xué)會(huì)分期標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將患者分為Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期3個(gè)分期,并分別研究對(duì)比3個(gè)分期療效及安全性情況。結(jié)果 3個(gè)不同分期的患者治療后Harris評(píng)分均要顯著高于治療前,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),愈合速度呈明顯的延長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。隨著患者臨床分期的加深,患者治療的優(yōu)良率呈明顯的下降趨勢(shì),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察不同分期患者并發(fā)癥情況,結(jié)果無(wú)明顯差異,證明帶股方肌蒂骨瓣移植較為安全有效,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論帶股方肌蒂骨瓣移位治療股骨頭缺血性壞死具有十分顯著的療效,患者恢復(fù)時(shí)間較快,是一種值得肯定的手術(shù)方法。
