【摘要】：背景:骨關(guān)節(jié)炎作為退行性關(guān)節(jié)疾病,軟骨損傷和組織缺失不能完全解釋其發(fā)病機制,骨重建的失衡以及關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)組織相互作用可能在疾病過程中有重要意義。目的:對骨-軟骨交互作用在骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中產(chǎn)生的作用及新的治療策略進行綜述。方法:由第一作者檢索2007至2017年P(guān)ub Med及中國知網(wǎng)等數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的關(guān)于骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)生發(fā)展與骨-軟骨交互作用關(guān)系的實驗研究及研究進展的文獻。中文檢索詞分別為"骨、軟骨、交互作用、骨關(guān)節(jié)炎、發(fā)病機制、細胞因子、信號通路",英文檢索詞分別為"cartilage;interaction;osteoarthritis;pathogenesis;cytokines;signaling pathway",文章從細胞因子、信號通路、新型治療策略3個方面,對骨-軟骨交互作用與骨關(guān)節(jié)炎發(fā)生發(fā)展的關(guān)系進行綜述。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:共檢索到169篇文章,按納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對文獻進行篩選,共納入54篇文章。軟骨同軟骨下骨的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)聯(lián)系密切,骨與軟骨構(gòu)成了一個功能協(xié)同的整體單元。在骨關(guān)節(jié)炎發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中,骨重建異常以及新生血管數(shù)量的增加、微裂縫的形成,促進了分子信號在骨-軟骨間的轉(zhuǎn)位和交互作用。骨-軟骨的交互作用是骨關(guān)節(jié)炎發(fā)生發(fā)展的病理中心。
[Abstract]:Background: osteoarthritis, as a degenerative joint disease, cartilage injury and tissue loss can not fully explain the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis. The imbalance of bone reconstruction and intra-articular tissue interaction may play an important role in the process of the disease. Objective: to review the role of bone-cartilage interaction in the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis. Methods: the first author searched the literature on the relationship between the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis and the interaction between osteochondral and osteoarthritis, which were collected from 2007 to 2017 by Pub Med and China Zhiwang. The Chinese key words were "bone, cartilage, interaction, osteoarthritis, pathogenesis, cytokine, signal pathway", and the English key words were "cartilage;interaction;osteoarthritis;pathogenesis;cytokines;signaling pathway". The relationship between osteochondral interaction and the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis was reviewed. Results & conclusion: a total of 169 articles were retrieved, and 54 articles were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Cartilage is closely related to the anatomical structure of subchondral bone. In the process of osteoarthritis, abnormal bone reconstruction, increased number of neovascularization and formation of microcracks promote the translocation and interaction of molecular signals between bone and cartilage. Bone-cartilage interaction is the pathological center of osteoarthritis.
