【摘要】：目的對(duì)比Shikani可視喉鏡與Mc Coy喉鏡用于老年患者全身麻醉氣管插管的效果差異。方法 112例在該院接受全身麻醉的老年患者被納入研究,根據(jù)接受的麻醉插管方式不同,所有入組患者被分為Shikani可視喉鏡組(52例)、Mc Coy喉鏡組(60例)。檢測(cè)兩組患者的插管前后血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)、應(yīng)激相關(guān)指標(biāo)以及腦電相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 Shikani可視喉鏡組患者一次插管成功率、總插管成功率均高于Mc Coy喉鏡組患者,多次插管率低于Mc Coy喉鏡組患者(P0.05);Shikani可視喉鏡組患者的T_1、T_2時(shí)平均動(dòng)脈壓(MAP)和心率(HR)水平低于相應(yīng)時(shí)間點(diǎn)的Mc Coy喉鏡組患者(P0.05);Shikani可視喉鏡組患者的T_1、T_2時(shí)血漿腎上腺素、去甲腎上腺素、血糖水平低于相應(yīng)時(shí)間點(diǎn)的Mc Coy喉鏡組患者(P0.05);Shikani可視喉鏡組患者的T_1、T_2時(shí)腦電雙頻指數(shù)(BIS)、ECo G分級(jí)、αβ波相對(duì)功率值(αβ%)均低于對(duì)應(yīng)時(shí)間點(diǎn)的Mc Coy喉鏡組患者(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年患者全身麻醉氣管插管時(shí)應(yīng)用Shikani可視喉鏡,在提升插管成功率的同時(shí),可以有效穩(wěn)定患者的循環(huán)系統(tǒng),減少過(guò)度應(yīng)激造成的軀體各系統(tǒng)功能異常,具有積極的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of Shikani laryngoscope and Mc Coy laryngoscope on tracheal intubation under general anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods 112 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia in this hospital were included in the study. According to the different intubation methods, all the patients were divided into Shikani visual laryngoscope group (52 cases), Mc Coy laryngoscope group, 60 cases). Hemodynamics, stress and EEG were measured before and after intubation. Results the success rate of single intubation and total intubation in Shikani visual laryngoscope group was higher than that in Mc Coy laryngoscope group. The multiple intubation rate was lower than that in Mc Coy laryngoscope group (P0.05). The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were lower in Mc Coy laryngoscope group than in Mc Coy laryngoscope group (P0.05 in); Shikani visual laryngoscope group, P 0.05). The blood glucose level in Mc Coy laryngoscope group was lower than that in Mc Coy laryngoscope group at the corresponding time point (P0.05). The relative power of 偽 尾 wave (偽 尾%) was lower than that in Mc Coy laryngoscope group at the same time point (P0.05). Conclusion Shikani visual laryngoscope can effectively stabilize the circulatory system and reduce the abnormal function of somatic system caused by excessive stress in elderly patients with general anesthesia tracheal intubation by using Shikani visual laryngoscope to improve the success rate of intubation. It has positive clinical significance.
