【摘要】：目的:探討應(yīng)用改良自體純化脂肪顆粒復(fù)合富血小板纖維蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)注射移植對面部瘢痕性凹陷畸形進行修復(fù)的手術(shù)方法。方法:對27例面部凹陷畸形患者,取自體脂肪經(jīng)離心純化,復(fù)合PRF,瘢痕粘連松解,局部注射填充。結(jié)果:患者術(shù)后局部畸形矯正滿意,術(shù)區(qū)幾乎無新增瘢痕,并且原有瘢痕質(zhì)地有一定程度改善,脂肪供區(qū)無并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。27例均獲隨訪,隨訪時間6個月至2年,效果滿意,無局部硬結(jié)、感染、脂肪液化。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用改良富血小板纖維蛋白復(fù)合自體脂肪,能有效提高脂肪的成活率,減少移植后液化、壞死,是修復(fù)面部瘢痕性凹陷畸形的有效方法,在臨床值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the method of modified autogenous purified fat granules combined with platelet-rich fibrin (platelet-rich fibrin,PRF) injection for the repair of facial scarring deformity. Methods: autogenous fat was extracted from 27 patients with facial depression and purified by centrifugation, combined with PRF, scar adhesion release and local injection filling. Results: the correction of local deformity was satisfactory, there was almost no new scar in the operation area, and the texture of the original scar was improved to some extent, and no complications occurred in the fat donor area. All the 27 cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, and the results were satisfactory. No local sclerosis, infection, fat liquefaction. Conclusion: the application of modified platelet-rich fibrin combined with autologous fat can effectively increase the survival rate of fat, reduce liquefaction and necrosis after transplantation, and is an effective method for repairing facial scarring deformity, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
