【摘要】：目的探討馬應(yīng)龍痔瘡栓輔助手術(shù)治療復(fù)雜肛瘺臨床療效。方法選復(fù)雜肛瘺患者共110例,隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組,每組55例,分別采用游離皮瓣阻斷縫合手術(shù)和在此基礎(chǔ)之上加用馬應(yīng)龍痔瘡栓治療,比較兩組患者治療效果、影響因素和術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組痊愈率(72.73%)高于對照組(54.55%),而并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者術(shù)后疼痛持續(xù)時間、創(chuàng)面愈合時間少于對照組(P0.05);治療后觀察組患者肛門功能評分、肛管最大收縮壓、肛管最長收縮時間、尿潴留分度及肛管靜息壓均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論馬應(yīng)龍痔瘡栓輔助手術(shù)治療復(fù)雜肛瘺可有效改善患者治療效果,提高預(yù)后質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Ma Ying long hemorrhoids suppository for complicated anal fistula. Methods 110 patients with complicated anal fistula were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 55 cases in each group were treated with free flap suture and combined with Ma Yinglong hemorrhoids suppository. Influencing factors and postoperative complications. Results the recovery rate (72.73%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (54.55%), the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P0.05), the duration of postoperative pain and wound healing time in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P0.05). The longest contraction time of anal canal, urinary retention and resting pressure of anal canal were better than those of control group (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of complicated anal fistula with Ma Ying long hemorrhoids suppository can improve the effect of treatment and improve the quality of prognosis.
