【摘要】：目的綜述生物玻璃在骨修復(fù)中的研究進(jìn)展。方法查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),并對取得的主要成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)。結(jié)果生物玻璃包括生物玻璃顆粒、生物玻璃支架、生物玻璃涂層、可注射型生物玻璃骨水泥、生物玻璃載體,因其具有良好的生物學(xué)性能,成為骨修復(fù)材料的研究熱點(diǎn),并已取得顯著進(jìn)展。結(jié)論生物玻璃是一種可靠的骨修復(fù)材料,在未來骨修復(fù)治療中將占據(jù)更重要的地位。
[Abstract]:Objective to review the research progress of bioglass in bone repair. Methods the related literatures were reviewed and the main results were summarized. Results Bioglass includes bioglass particles, bioglass scaffolds, bioglass coating, injectable biovitreous bone cement and bioglass carrier. Because of its good biological properties, bioglass has become a hot research topic in bone repair materials. Remarkable progress has been made. Conclusion Bioglass is a reliable bone repair material and will play a more important role in bone repair therapy in the future.
