【摘要】：目的:通過對生活在新疆地區(qū)的維吾爾族男性、維吾爾族女性、漢族男性及漢族女性正常成年人各100例進(jìn)行外鼻測量,將所測得的各類數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,比較及探討地區(qū)、種族及性別間是否存在差異性,同時數(shù)據(jù)可進(jìn)一步豐富我國人體測量的數(shù)據(jù)庫,為我國今后不同地區(qū)及不同種族的整形美容提供一定的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。方法:本研究選擇新疆地區(qū)的符合篩選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的正常成年人,在farkas的頭面部測量[1]的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行外鼻的測量,并對測量得出的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析比較。結(jié)果:分別測量出各個長度及角度測量項目和計算出各自的比例指數(shù),并計算得出相應(yīng)的均數(shù)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差。比較分析測量項目與比例指數(shù)的性別差異、民族差異和地區(qū)差異,部分項目的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。1、新疆地區(qū)相同民族間的不同性別的外鼻形態(tài)分析結(jié)果表明,維吾爾族中,男性的各項線性測量項目及鼻額角均大于女性,而鼻尖角、鼻唇角均小于女性,漢族中,男性的各項線性測量項目均大于女性,而各項角度測量項目均小于女性,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2、新疆地區(qū)相同性別間不同民族的外鼻形態(tài)分析結(jié)果表明,維吾爾族男性的鼻長、鼻高、鼻深均大于漢族男性,而鼻寬、鼻翼長、鼻根寬、內(nèi)眥間距、鼻翼基底寬均小于漢族男性。其中鼻寬、鼻翼基底寬的民族差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)上的意義(P0.05)。余各項線性測量項目均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。維吾爾族女性在鼻長、鼻高、鼻深的測量中均大于漢族女性,而鼻寬、鼻翼長、鼻根寬、內(nèi)眥間距、鼻翼基底寬均小于漢族女性。其中鼻寬、鼻根寬、鼻翼基底寬的差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),余各項線性測量項目中均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05).3、新疆地區(qū)維吾爾族及漢族均以狹鼻型最為常見。結(jié)論:本研究進(jìn)一步的豐富了人體測量數(shù)據(jù)庫,完善了新疆地區(qū)不同年齡組的維漢族的外鼻測量研究系統(tǒng),為今后不同地區(qū)、民族及不同性別的人們做鼻部相關(guān)畸形整復(fù)及鼻部整形美容等相關(guān)手術(shù)提供數(shù)據(jù)參考,幫助人們打造除美觀外更加適應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)貧夂虻耐獗恰?br/>[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the external nose of 100 normal adults of Uygur nationality, Uygur women, Han nationality and Han nationality women living in Xinjiang, and to compare and explore the different kinds of data. Whether there is any difference between race and sex, the data can further enrich the database of anthropometry in China, and provide a certain data base for different regions and different races of our country in the future. Methods: in this study, normal adults in Xinjiang were selected to measure the external nose on the basis of head and face measurement of farkas, and the measured data were analyzed and compared. Results: the measurement items of each length and angle were measured, and their respective ratio indices were calculated, and the corresponding mean and standard deviation were calculated. Comparison and analysis of the sex difference, ethnic difference and regional difference between the measurement items and the ratio index, and the differences in some items are statistically significant. 1. The results of the external nose morphology analysis of the same ethnic groups in Xinjiang show that, in the Uygur ethnic group, The linear measurement items and nose frontal angle of male were larger than that of female, while the angle of nose tip and nose lip were smaller than that of female. In Han nationality, all linear measurement items of male were larger than that of female, and all angle measurement items were smaller than that of female. The results showed that the length, height and depth of the nose of Uygur men were larger than those of Han nationality men, while the nasal width, length of nasal wing, width of nose root width, distance between inner canthus and nasal root of Uygur male were larger than those of Han nationality. The base width of nasal wing was smaller than that of Han male. There was no significant difference in the width of the nose and the width of the base of the alar (P0.05). The other linear measurement items were statistically significant (P0.05). The measurement of nasal length, nasal height and nasal depth of Uygur women was larger than that of Han women, while the nasal width, nasal wing length, nasal root width, inner canthus spacing and base width of nasal wing were smaller than those of Han women. There was no significant difference in nasal width, nasal root width and base width of nasal wing (P0.05). The other linear measurement items were statistically significant (P0.05). 3. Narrow nose type was the most common in Uygur and Han nationality in Xinjiang. Conclusion: this study further enriches the anthropometric database and perfects the external nose measurement system of the Uygur Han nationality of different age groups in Xinjiang. People of different nationalities and different genders have done nasal repair and cosmetic surgery to provide data reference to help people to build more suitable for local climate in addition to beautiful nose.
