【摘要】：正特發(fā)性肉芽腫性乳腺炎(IGM)是一種少見的乳腺慢性非干酪樣壞死性炎性病變,其特點(diǎn)是病因不明的慢性壞死性小葉性肉芽腫性炎~([1])。IGM臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜,在病變發(fā)展不同時(shí)期表現(xiàn)多樣,乳腺X線攝影、超聲掃描等常用的檢查方法對(duì)IGM的診斷并不理想,因此近年來臨床上已開始采用MRI檢查來診斷�，F(xiàn)筆者對(duì)經(jīng)病理學(xué)檢查確診的IGM患者乳腺M(fèi)RI表現(xiàn)作一回顧性分析,以期為臨床對(duì)該病的診斷及分期提供參考。
[Abstract]:Positive idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) is a rare chronic non-caseous necrotic inflammatory disease of the breast, characterized by complex clinical manifestations of chronic necrotizing lobular granulomatous inflammation with unknown etiology. In different stages of disease development, the diagnosis of IGM by mammography, ultrasound scan and other common methods is not ideal. So in recent years, MRI has been used in clinical diagnosis. This paper makes a retrospective analysis of breast MRI findings in IGM patients diagnosed by pathology in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and staging of the disease.
