【摘要】：目的探討前交叉韌帶(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)重建術(shù)肌腱移植物預(yù)置高強(qiáng)度線防治術(shù)后移植物蠕變松弛的可行性。方法選取成年豬雙側(cè)跟腱制備ACL重建移植物標(biāo)本36個,隨機(jī)分為A、B、C、D4組,每組9個標(biāo)本;其中A、C組為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,B、D組為對照組。A、C組肌腱內(nèi)預(yù)置1根雙股Ultrabraid高強(qiáng)度2號縫線。A、B組及C、D組分別進(jìn)行1 000次及3 000次循環(huán)負(fù)荷試驗(yàn),觀察并測量各組移植物于100、500、1 000、2 000、3 000次循環(huán)時(shí)的松弛度,并測量C、D組的失效載荷。結(jié)果 A組各循環(huán)次數(shù)下移植物松弛度均小于B組,100、500、1 000次循環(huán)下兩組松弛度比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);C組各循環(huán)次數(shù)下移植物松弛度均小于D組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。且C組失效載荷顯著高于D組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=4.816,P=0.001)。結(jié)論 ACL重建術(shù)中肌腱移植物預(yù)置高強(qiáng)度縫線,對防止移植物松弛具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of pre-implantation of high strength line in tendon graft reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (anterior cruciate ligament,ACL) for the prevention and treatment of graft creep relaxation after operation. Methods Thirty-six ACL reconstructed grafts were prepared from bilateral Achilles tendons of adult pigs and were randomly divided into 4 groups with 9 specimens in each group. Among them, group A (C) was used as experimental group, group B (D) as control group, group A (group C) was prepositioned with a double-stranded Ultrabraid high-strength suture (No. 2) in tendon. Group B and group C (group C) were subjected to 1 000 and 3 000 circulatory load tests, respectively. The relaxation of the grafts in each group was observed and measured during 3000 cycles, and the failure load of group C ~ (2 +) was measured. Results the relaxation of grafts in group A was lower than that in group B (P 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The failure load of group C was significantly higher than that of group D (t = 4.816). Conclusion Preplacement of high strength suture for tendon graft in ACL reconstruction is important to prevent graft relaxation.
