改性PMMA骨水泥的臨床研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:椎體成形技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展使得用以治療由骨質(zhì)疏松引發(fā)的椎體骨折的PMMA骨水泥面臨極大的需求,尤其是我國(guó)人口老齡化加劇,迫切需要賦予PMMA骨水泥一定生物活性,以延長(zhǎng)有效的支撐時(shí)間,避免二次手術(shù)。闡述了羥基磷灰石、磷酸三鈣、生物陶瓷等活性組分對(duì)PMMA骨水泥改性后,其力學(xué)性能和生物活性方面的研究現(xiàn)狀,為其在臨床應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of vertebroplasty technology, PMMA bone cement, which is used to treat vertebral fracture caused by osteoporosis, is in great demand. Especially, the aging of population in our country is becoming more and more serious, so it is urgent to give PMMA bone cement a certain biological activity. To extend the effective support time, to avoid secondary surgery. The research status of PMMA bone cement modified by hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate and bioceramics was reviewed, which laid a foundation for its clinical application.
