【摘要】：目的:觀察四妙散加味熏蒸治療混合痔術(shù)后肛周水腫及并發(fā)癥的臨床療效。方法:89例混合痔患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組42例,對(duì)照組47例。兩組患者均采用混合痔切扎術(shù),術(shù)后常規(guī)止血、抗炎及創(chuàng)面換藥等處理。術(shù)后第1次排大便后始,實(shí)驗(yàn)組予四妙散煎劑,對(duì)照組予1:5000高錳酸鉀熏洗坐浴。比較分析兩組病例第3天、第7天、第14天的肛門(mén)水腫情況及評(píng)分,隨訪12月觀察復(fù)發(fā)情況,綜合評(píng)估療效。結(jié)果:術(shù)后第3天水腫積分,兩組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。用藥第7天比較,兩組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組肛門(mén)疼痛、及肛門(mén)墜脹、出血評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:四妙散熏洗方防治痔瘡術(shù)后水腫療效確切,可促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合,減輕病人的痛苦,提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of modified Simiao Powder fumigation on perianal edema and complications after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 89 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 42) and control group (n = 47). Both groups were treated with mixed hemorrhoidectomy, routine hemostasis, anti-inflammation and dressing change. After the first defecation, the experimental group was treated with Simiao San decoction and the control group with 1: 5000 potassium permanganate fumigation and sitting bath. The anus edema and score of the two groups were analyzed on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day. The recurrence was observed in 12 months and the curative effect was evaluated. Results: there was no significant difference in edema score between the two groups on the 3rd day after operation (P0.05). On the 7th day, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The scores of anal pain, anal distention and bleeding in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Simiao San fumigation and washing prescription is effective in preventing and treating postoperative edema of hemorrhoids, which can promote wound healing, alleviate the pain of patients and improve clinical efficacy.
