基于模板的骨骼參數(shù)自動測量方法

【摘要】:為快速測量骨骼形態(tài)參數(shù),提出基于模板的自動測量方法。首先通過在骨骼模型上構(gòu)建參考實(shí)體、設(shè)置層次化語義參數(shù),生成測量模板;然后先對待測量骨骼向測量模板做剛體配準(zhǔn),再對測量模板向待測量骨骼做非剛體配準(zhǔn);最后將變形后的測量模板作為待測量骨骼的替代模型,同時根據(jù)測量模板上標(biāo)定的特征點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)骨骼參數(shù)的自動計(jì)算。以股骨為例,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,利用基于模板的測量方法可以快速測量出股骨的一整套形態(tài)參數(shù),且測量結(jié)果與現(xiàn)有軟件測量結(jié)果基本一致;部分骨骼參數(shù)具有較強(qiáng)相關(guān)性,且大多數(shù)參數(shù)分布形態(tài)基本對稱,接近正態(tài)分布。這為后期對股骨形態(tài)參數(shù)作進(jìn)一步分析以及接骨板的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)提了供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:An automatic measurement method based on template was proposed to measure bone shape parameters quickly. Firstly, the reference entity is constructed on the bone model, and the hierarchical semantic parameters are set up to generate the measurement template, then the measurement skeleton is registered with the measurement template, and then the measurement template is registered with the non-rigid body to be measured. Finally, the deformed measurement template is used as the substitute model for the bone to be measured. At the same time, the bone parameters are automatically calculated according to the characteristic points calibrated on the measurement template. Taking the femur as an example, the experimental results show that a whole set of morphological parameters of the femur can be measured quickly by using the template-based measurement method, and the results are basically consistent with those of the existing software, and some of the bone parameters have strong correlation. Most parameter distributions are symmetrical and close to normal distribution. This provides a scientific theoretical basis for the further analysis of femoral morphological parameters and the design of bone plate parameters.
