【摘要】：目的探討面部皮膚軟組織外傷在整形美容修復的效果。方法選取2014~2015年我院急診入院的面部軟組織創(chuàng)傷患者88例,并對其進行急診整形修復,并隨時觀察其療效,并進行1年的隨訪。結果所有患者均經(jīng)過整形美容外科技術,傷口均得到愈合,對瘢痕纖細并術后隨訪1年后,未發(fā)生傷口的瘢痕增生一體機缺位的畸形等并發(fā)癥。結論面部皮膚軟組織外傷患者應用整形美容術可以很大限度的修復皮膚,并對皮膚進行美化,并幫助面部恢復形體和功能,在很大程度上滿足了患者對于審美的需要。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of facial skin and soft tissue injury on plastic and cosmetic repair. Methods Eighty-eight patients with facial soft tissue trauma admitted to our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected and treated with emergency plastic repair. The curative effect was observed at any time and followed up for 1 year. Results all the patients were treated with plastic surgery and the wound was healed. The scar was fine and followed up for 1 year. There were no complications such as the deformity of the scar hyperplasia and the absence of the whole machine. Conclusion plastic beauty surgery can be used to repair the skin and beautify the skin in patients with facial soft tissue trauma. It can help to restore the body and function of the face and to a great extent meet the aesthetic needs of the patients.
