【摘要】：目的探討快速康復(fù)外科在膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后功能鍛煉的應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇2015年4月1日至2016年7月1日,于我院骨科行膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)的病例49例66膝,隨機分為快速康復(fù)組(以下簡稱F組,25例33膝)和傳統(tǒng)康復(fù)組(以下簡稱T組,24例33膝)。兩組患者性別、年齡、側(cè)別、HSS評分、膝關(guān)節(jié)主動活動度術(shù)前差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后,快速康復(fù)組在快速康復(fù)外科理念指導(dǎo)下進行功能鍛練,訓(xùn)練的開始時間較傳統(tǒng)康復(fù)有所提前,訓(xùn)練的頻率和強度明確說明;傳統(tǒng)康復(fù)組患者按照傳統(tǒng)康復(fù)理念進行功能鍛練。分別于術(shù)后1個月、3個月比較兩組膝關(guān)節(jié)主動活動度、HSS評分。結(jié)果膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后1個月時,F組膝關(guān)節(jié)主動活動度為(105.6±8.1)°高于T組的(94.1±8.5)° ( p0.05 ),F 組 HSS 評分為 69.4±4.1 優(yōu)于 T 組的 59.2±6.4 ( p0.05 );術(shù)后3個月時,F組的膝關(guān)節(jié)主動活動度為(116.3±7.2)°高于T組的(98.5±6.9)°(p0.05 ), F 組 HSS 評分為 80.6±3.0 優(yōu)于 T 組的 68.3±4.2 ( p0.05 )。結(jié)論快速康復(fù)外科方法應(yīng)用于膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后功能鍛煉,有利于患者加快術(shù)后康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on functional exercise after knee arthroplasty. Methods from April 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016, 49 cases (66 knees) with knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups: group F (25 cases, 33 knees) and traditional rehabilitation group (group T, 24 cases, 33 knees). There was no significant difference in sex, age, HSS score and active range of knee joint between the two groups (p0.05). After knee arthroplasty, the rapid rehabilitation group underwent functional exercise under the guidance of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, and the training began earlier than the traditional rehabilitation. The frequency and intensity of the training were clearly explained. The patients in the traditional rehabilitation group underwent functional exercise according to the traditional rehabilitation concept. The score of HSS was compared between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after operation. Results the HSS score of group F was (105.6 鹵8.11) 擄higher than that of group T (94.1 鹵8.5) 擄at 1 month after knee arthroplasty, and the HSS score of group F was 69.4 鹵4.1 擄, and that of group F was 59.2 鹵6.4 擄(p0.05) at 3 months after operation, the range of active motion of knee joint in group F was significantly higher than that in group T (P 0.05). It was (116.3 鹵7.2) 擄higher than that of T group (98.5 鹵6.9) 擄(p0.05), F group: 80.6 鹵3.0o vs T group: 68.3 鹵4.2 擄, p0.05). Conclusion the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in functional exercise after knee arthroplasty is helpful to accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.
