【摘要】：目的根據(jù)慢性腰背疼痛患者疾病特點(diǎn)和康復(fù)需求設(shè)計(jì)瑜伽干預(yù)方案,探索其實(shí)施效果。方法采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法,將148例慢性腰背疼痛患者分為試驗(yàn)組(76例)和對照組(72例)。對照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)康復(fù)治療,試驗(yàn)組除常規(guī)治療外還接受本研究干預(yù)。分別在干預(yù)前和干預(yù)后第3個(gè)月評(píng)價(jià)兩組對象疼痛和功能障礙程度。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組干預(yù)后疼痛得分低于干預(yù)前,且低于對照組,功能障礙、最重和平均疼痛程度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論瑜伽干預(yù)方案能減輕慢性腰背疼痛患者的疼痛和功能障礙程度,尤其適合慢性腰肌勞損疼痛患者自我管理應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to design a yoga intervention scheme according to the disease characteristics and rehabilitation needs of patients with chronic back pain and to explore the effect of yoga intervention. Methods 148 patients with chronic lumbar pain were randomly divided into experimental group (76 cases) and control group (72 cases). The control group received routine rehabilitation, and the experimental group received the intervention in addition to routine treatment. Pain and dysfunction were evaluated before and 3 months after intervention. Results the scores of pain in the experimental group were lower than those before the intervention and lower than those in the control group. There were significant differences in the dysfunction, the most serious and the average pain degree (P0.05). Conclusion Yoga intervention program can reduce the degree of pain and dysfunction in patients with chronic lumbar pain, especially for patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain pain.
