【摘要】：正膝關節(jié)骨性關節(jié)炎(osteoarthritis,OA)以骨關節(jié)軟骨退變及其軟骨下骨反應性增生為特征的慢性進行性骨關節(jié)病,又稱膝關節(jié)骨關節(jié)病、退行性關節(jié)炎。隨著社會人口的老齡化,該病的發(fā)病率逐年增高,嚴重影響中老年人的生活質量~([1—2])。紅外線作為一種傳統(tǒng)的理療方法,其作用的基礎是溫熱效應。根據(jù)不同波段產生不同的生物學效應,具有改善局部血液循環(huán)、激活腦內啡肽系統(tǒng)、抑制神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)傳導、消炎、鎮(zhèn)痛及促進組織修復等作用,在治療骨性關節(jié)炎中有其
[Abstract]:Chronic progressive osteoarthritis (osteoarthritis,OA) characterized by osteoarticular cartilage degeneration and subchondral bone reactive hyperplasia is also known as osteoarthropathy of the knee joint and degenerative arthritis. With the aging of social population, the incidence of the disease increases year by year, which seriously affects the quality of life of middle and old people. Infrared ray, as a traditional physiotherapy method, is based on the effect of temperature and heat. Different biological effects are produced according to different bands, which can improve local blood circulation, activate the endorphin system, inhibit the conduction of nervous system, reduce inflammation, relieve pain and promote tissue repair, etc. It has its own functions in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
