【摘要】：正膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎(osteoarthritis,OA)以骨關(guān)節(jié)軟骨退變及其軟骨下骨反應(yīng)性增生為特征的慢性進行性骨關(guān)節(jié)病,又稱膝關(guān)節(jié)骨關(guān)節(jié)病、退行性關(guān)節(jié)炎。隨著社會人口的老齡化,該病的發(fā)病率逐年增高,嚴重影響中老年人的生活質(zhì)量~([1—2])。紅外線作為一種傳統(tǒng)的理療方法,其作用的基礎(chǔ)是溫?zé)嵝?yīng)。根據(jù)不同波段產(chǎn)生不同的生物學(xué)效應(yīng),具有改善局部血液循環(huán)、激活腦內(nèi)啡肽系統(tǒng)、抑制神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)傳導(dǎo)、消炎、鎮(zhèn)痛及促進組織修復(fù)等作用,在治療骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎中有其
[Abstract]:Chronic progressive osteoarthritis (osteoarthritis,OA) characterized by osteoarticular cartilage degeneration and subchondral bone reactive hyperplasia is also known as osteoarthropathy of the knee joint and degenerative arthritis. With the aging of social population, the incidence of the disease increases year by year, which seriously affects the quality of life of middle and old people. Infrared ray, as a traditional physiotherapy method, is based on the effect of temperature and heat. Different biological effects are produced according to different bands, which can improve local blood circulation, activate the endorphin system, inhibit the conduction of nervous system, reduce inflammation, relieve pain and promote tissue repair, etc. It has its own functions in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
