【摘要】：正腰肌勞損(chronic lumbar muscle strain或acute)是指因?yàn)檠巢考∪狻⒔钅�、韌帶等軟組織的慢性損傷,導(dǎo)致的局部無(wú)菌性炎癥,從而引起腰背部一側(cè)或兩側(cè)的彌漫性疼痛的臨床綜合征,包括腰背肌筋膜炎、肌纖維織炎、肌筋膜疼痛綜合征、第三腰椎橫突綜合征等[1],該病好發(fā)于30~40歲的青壯年男性,外傷及長(zhǎng)期勞損為該病的主要發(fā)病誘因,此外還與氣候、空氣濕度有很大的關(guān)系[2]。隨著社會(huì)的
