【摘要】：目的探討負(fù)壓封閉引流技術(shù)(VSD)在骨科創(chuàng)傷感染中的治療效果。方法選擇2012年3月-2015年3月于醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的60例骨科創(chuàng)傷感染患者為研究對(duì)象,將其隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各30例,對(duì)照組患者采用傳統(tǒng)常規(guī)的清洗換藥方法,治療組患者采用VSD進(jìn)行治療,觀察比較兩組患者的臨床治療效果。結(jié)果治療后,治療組患者的治愈率56.7%與有效率36.7%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的40.0%、26.7%;治療組創(chuàng)傷面的恢復(fù)時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組的住院時(shí)間顯著高于治療組;治療組患者并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率20.00%顯著低于對(duì)照組的43.33%;治療組患者的視覺模擬評(píng)分法(VAS)顯著低于對(duì)照組,其差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論與傳統(tǒng)常規(guī)的清洗換藥治療方法相比,VSD治療效果更佳,應(yīng)在骨科創(chuàng)傷感染治療中得到推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of negative pressure sealing and drainage (VSD) in the treatment of orthopedic trauma infection. Methods 60 patients with orthopedic trauma infection who were treated in hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The patients in the treatment group were treated with VSD, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results after treatment, the cure rate and effective rate of the patients in the treatment group were 56.7% and 36.7%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (40.010 / 26.7), the recovery time of the trauma surface in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group. The incidence of complications in the treatment group (20.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (43.33%), and the visual analogue score (VAS) in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion compared with the conventional cleaning and dressing changing therapy, VSD is more effective and should be popularized in the treatment of orthopedic trauma infection.
