【摘要】：[目的]探討游離足背三葉皮瓣修復(fù)多指皮膚缺損的臨床效果。[方法]回顧性分析本院2012年1月~2012年12月行游離足背三葉皮瓣修復(fù)治療的5例多指皮膚缺損病例。脛前-足背血管做為主干,以足內(nèi)側(cè)、第1跖背、足外側(cè)血管做為分支,設(shè)計(jì)、游離三葉皮瓣,對多指皮膚缺損進(jìn)行修復(fù)。[結(jié)果]5例患者術(shù)后皮瓣全部成活。隨訪2~3年,患者皮瓣外觀、手指外形、手指功能恢復(fù)較好。兩點(diǎn)辨別覺為4~6 mm,感覺功能在S3以上。功能評定:優(yōu)3例、良1例、中1例。[結(jié)論]游離足背三葉皮瓣可作為修復(fù)多指皮膚缺損的有效術(shù)式,治療效果滿意。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the clinical effect of free dorsal foot trefoil flap for repairing multi-finger skin defect. [methods] from January 2012 to December 2012, 5 cases of polyfinger skin defect were analyzed retrospectively. The anterior tibial and dorsalis pedis vessels were used as the main trunk, the medial foot, the first dorsal metatarsal and the lateral foot as the branches. The free trefoil flap was designed to repair the polydigital skin defect. [results] all the 5 patients survived after operation. Follow up for 2 ~ 3 years showed that the skin flap appearance, finger shape and finger function recovered better. The sensory function of 4 ~ 6 mm, was above S _ 3. Functional evaluation: excellent in 3 cases, good in 1 case, moderate in 1 case. [conclusion] the free dorsalis pedis trefoil flap can be used as an effective method for repairing multi-finger skin defect, and the effect is satisfactory.
