【摘要】：目的探討三角固定髓內(nèi)釘(TPFNA)對(duì)A2.2型股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折穩(wěn)定性及抗扭轉(zhuǎn)性的影響。方法選取6對(duì)新鮮成人股骨標(biāo)本制作A2.2型股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折模型。將骨折模型隨機(jī)分為TPFNA組和股骨近端防旋髓內(nèi)釘(PFNA)組,每組同側(cè)6肢,分別給予TPFNA、PFNA固定。記錄100、200、300、400、500、600 N垂直壓縮狀態(tài)下位移情況及扭轉(zhuǎn)角為1°、2°、3°、4°、5°時(shí)的扭矩。結(jié)果 TPFNA組在200、300、400、500、600 N垂直壓縮狀態(tài)下的位移均小于PFNA組(P均0.05)。TPFNA組扭轉(zhuǎn)角為2°、3°、4°、5°時(shí)的扭矩均大于PFNA組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論A2.2型股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折行TPFNA固定的穩(wěn)定性及抗扭轉(zhuǎn)能力均較好,均優(yōu)于PFNA。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of triangle fixed intramedullary nail (TPFNA) on stability and anti-torsion of A 2. 2 intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A 2.2 model of femoral intertrochanteric fracture was made from 6 pairs of fresh adult femur specimens. The fracture model was randomly divided into TPFNA group and (PFNA) group. Six limbs were fixed with TPFNA,PFNA in each group. The displacement of 100200300400500600N under vertical compression and the torque of 1 擄2 擄2 擄3 擄3 擄4 擄5 擄of torsion were recorded. Results the displacements of TPFNA group under 200300400500600 N vertical compression were lower than those of PFNA group (P 0.05). The torque of TPFNA group was higher than that of PFNA group when the torsion angle was 2 擄(3 擄) and 4 擄(5 擄) (P 0.05). Conclusion the stability and torsion resistance of A2.2 type femoral intertrochanteric fracture with TPFNA fixation are better than those of PFNA..
