【摘要】：經(jīng)導(dǎo)管主動(dòng)脈瓣置入術(shù)(Transcatheter aortic valve implantation,TAVI)已成為高危主動(dòng)脈瓣重度狹窄患者的有效治療手段之一,在國內(nèi)尚處于起步階段。本文就TAVI的術(shù)中、術(shù)后的并發(fā)癥進(jìn)行綜述,以期為臨床提供參考。通過本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),術(shù)前嚴(yán)格篩選患者、充分的影像學(xué)評(píng)估至關(guān)重要,是避免TAVI嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥的必要條件。
[Abstract]:Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (Transcatheter aortic valve implantation,TAVI) has become one of the effective treatment methods for high risk patients with severe aortic valve stenosis and is still in its infancy in China. This article reviews the intraoperative and postoperative complications of TAVI in order to provide reference for clinical practice. In this study, it is found that strict preoperative screening of patients and adequate imaging evaluation are essential to avoid severe complications of TAVI.
