【摘要】：目的探討間葉性軟骨肉瘤的臨床及病理特點,提高對該病的診治水平。方法利用中國醫(yī)院知識數(shù)據(jù)庫檢索題名為"間葉性軟骨肉瘤"或"間葉型軟骨肉瘤"的1994至2015年文獻(xiàn),去除重復(fù)病例,收集整理并分析經(jīng)病理確診為間葉性軟骨肉瘤的病例。結(jié)果檢索到文獻(xiàn)81篇,收集間葉性軟骨肉瘤病例156例,男女比例為1:1.26,年齡11個月至72歲,平均年齡31.5歲,病變原發(fā)于骨91例,骨外軟組織65例。主要表現(xiàn)為腫大包塊壓迫及疼痛,影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)為溶骨性破壞及軟組織包塊點片樣鈣化,病理特點為間變未分化間葉細(xì)胞與分化較好的腫瘤性軟骨雙相并存,生物學(xué)行為多生長緩慢但容易復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移,治療以廣泛擴大切除為主。結(jié)論間葉性軟骨肉瘤確診需病理,治療以手術(shù)為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical and pathological features of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods Chinese hospital knowledge database was used to search the literature of "mesenchymal chondrosarcoma" or "mesenchymal chondrosarcoma" from 1994 to 2015, to remove repeated cases and to collect and analyze the cases of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma confirmed by pathology. Results among 81 literatures, 156 cases of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma were collected. The ratio of male to female was 1: 1.26. The age ranged from 11 months to 72 years, with an average age of 31.5 years. The lesions originated in 91 cases of bone and 65 cases of soft tissue outside bone. The main manifestations were compression and pain of swelling mass, osteolytic destruction and spot calcification of soft tissue mass. The pathological features were that the undifferentiated mesenchymal cells co-existed with the well-differentiated tumor cartilage. Biological behavior grows slowly but is easy to recur and metastasize. Extensive excision is the main treatment. Conclusion the diagnosis of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma needs pathology and surgical treatment.
