2003年至2012年河北醫(yī)科大學第三醫(yī)院成人脛骨干骨折的流行病學研究

【摘要】:目的:調查2003年至2012年河北醫(yī)科大學第三醫(yī)院成人脛干骨折的流行病學特征并分析其變化趨勢,為預防此類骨折的發(fā)生并指導此類骨折的診斷和治療。方法:通過河北醫(yī)科大學第三醫(yī)院醫(yī)學影像計算機存檔與傳輸和病案查詢等系統(tǒng),將2003年1月至2012年12月10年間收治的所有骨折病例信息匯總分析,篩查出成人脛骨干骨折進行回顧分析。將2003年1月至2007年12月的患者資料定義為A組,2008年1月至2012年12月患者資料定義為B組,統(tǒng)計患者性別、年齡等數(shù)據,并對兩組性別構成及年齡段分布、骨折類型等個指標進行對比。結果:10年間我院共診治成人脛骨干骨折患者5502例,占脛腓骨骨折的29.9%,占全身骨折的5.1%。男性患者為4428例,女性患者為1074例,男性和女性比例高達4.12:1。42-A型骨折2729例(49.6%),42-B型骨折1426例(25.9%);42-C型骨折1347例(24.5%)。A組3766例,男女比為4.40:1。B組1736例,男女比為3.60:1,A組與B組男女比,差異顯著(χ2=7.788,P=0.005)。A組患者年齡16~95歲,平均(36.7±13.8)歲;B組中患者年齡16~97歲,平均(39.8±15.4)歲,A組與B組相比,平均年齡差異明顯,并有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。B組患者中42-B、42-C型骨折的所占全部骨折的比例較A組顯著增高,達到56.3%(P0.05)。結論:本研究提示了2003年至2012年十年間成人脛骨干骨折的流行病學特征及變化趨勢,B組男性病例較A組降低;42-B型和42-C型骨折及老年患者所占構成比顯著增加,為預防此類骨折的發(fā)生并指導此類骨折的診斷和治療提供參考和指導。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of adult tibial shaft fracture in the third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from 2003 to 2012 and analyze its changing trend in order to prevent the occurrence of the fracture and guide the diagnosis and treatment of the fracture. Methods: the data of all fracture cases admitted from January 2003 to December 2012 were collected and analyzed by computer archiving and transmission of medical images and medical records query system in the third Hospital of Hebei Medical University. The tibial shaft fractures in adults were screened for retrospective analysis. The patient data from January 2003 to December 2007 were defined as group A, and the patient data from January 2008 to December 2012 were defined as group B. Fracture types and other indicators were compared. Results 5502 cases of adult tibial shaft fractures were diagnosed and treated in our hospital during the past 10 years, accounting for 29.9% of tibia and fibula fractures and 5.1% of systemic fractures. There were 4428 male patients and 1074 female patients. The ratio of male to female was as high as 4.12: 1.42-A fracture, 2729 cases (49.6%), 1426 cases (25.9%) of 42-B fracture, 1347 cases (24.5%) of 42-C fracture, 3766 cases of group A, 1736 cases of group 4.40 to 1.B, the ratio of male to female was 3.601U A group and B group. There was a significant difference in age between group A and group B (蠂 2 = 7.788P0. 005). The mean age of patients in group B was (36.7 鹵13.8) years old. The mean age of group A was (39.8 鹵15.4) years, and that of group A was significantly different from that of group B (36.7 鹵13.8 years), and the mean age of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (36.7 鹵13.8). The proportion of 42-BX 42-C fracture in group B was significantly higher than that in group A, reaching 56.3% (P0.05). Conclusion: this study suggests that the epidemiological characteristics and trends of adult tibial shaft fractures in the ten years from 2003 to 2012 were significantly lower in group B than in group A, and the proportion of male patients with type 42-B and type 42-C fractures and elderly patients was significantly higher than that in group A. To prevent the occurrence of such fractures and guide the diagnosis and treatment of such fractures to provide reference and guidance.
