【摘要】：目的探討藻酸鹽敷料在慢性竇道治療中的臨床效果。方法回顧性分析2011年2月-2015年6月49例慢性竇道患者,其中對(duì)照組(傳統(tǒng)換藥組)26例,采用傳統(tǒng)方式換藥;試驗(yàn)組(藻酸鹽敷料組)23例,應(yīng)用藻酸鹽等創(chuàng)面敷料填塞竇道,形成并維持竇道濕潤(rùn)環(huán)境,促進(jìn)竇道愈合。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組平均愈合時(shí)間分別為(30.5±4.4)、(37.3±3.7)d,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組平均換藥次數(shù)分別為(10.4±2.7)、(18.7±2.0)次,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組患者換藥時(shí)疼痛感較對(duì)照組輕,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用藻酸鹽濕性治療技術(shù)治療慢性竇道,療效確切,治療時(shí)間短,換藥次數(shù)少,可減輕患者疼痛,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of alginate dressing in the treatment of chronic sinus. Methods A retrospective analysis of 49 patients with chronic sinus from February 2011 to June 2015 was made, including 26 cases in the control group (traditional dressing group) and 23 cases in the alginate dressing group, in which alginate wound dressing was used to fill the sinus tract. Form and maintain the wet environment of the sinus and promote the healing of the sinus. Results the average healing time of the trial group and the control group was (30.5 鹵4.4), (, 37.3 鹵3.7) days, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the average times of dressing change between the test group and the control group were (10.4 鹵2.7), (18.7 鹵2.0), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the application of alginate wettable therapy in the treatment of chronic sinuses is effective, short treatment time, less times of dressing change, can alleviate the pain of patients, and is worth popularizing.
