【摘要】：目的觀察永久起搏器植入手術過程中預防性進行抗菌藥物沖洗對患者術后囊袋的感染情況,探討起搏器植入術中行抗菌藥物沖洗的價值。方法選擇2013年2月-2015年2月醫(yī)院在起搏器植入手術中接受抗菌藥物沖洗的78例患者為觀察組,將資料相仿的78例未接受抗菌藥物沖洗的植入患者為對照組,觀察手術前后患者血清炎性標志物的變化,并對術后囊袋感染情況進行跟蹤隨訪。結(jié)果術前兩組血清白細胞計數(shù)(WBC)、C-反應蛋白(CRP)、白細胞介素-1(IL-1)、白細胞介素6(IL-6)、降鈣素原(PCT)相仿;手術后兩組血清WBC、CRP、IL-6、PCT顯著高于術前(P0.05),觀察組術后72h和術后1周血清WBC[(11.25±2.15)109/L、(8.03±1.68)109/L]、CRP[(39.25±6.25)mg/L、(14.36±3.36)mg/L]、IL-1[(20.63±2.93)ng/ml、(17.47±2.84)ng/ml]、IL-6[(21.72±2.94)ng/ml、(18.52±1.86)ng/ml]及PCT[(1.34±0.56)μ.56、(0.85±0.32)μ.32]顯著低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組術后囊袋感染率(術后1、3、6、12個月分別為0、2.56%、3.85%、8.97%)明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論永久起搏器植入手術過程中進行抗菌藥物囊袋沖洗有利于預防術后囊袋感染,降低患者手術感染風險,對于患者預后具積極防治價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of prophylactic washing with antibiotics during permanent pacemaker implantation on postoperative bag infection in patients, and to explore the value of anti-bacterial irrigation in pacemaker implantation. Methods from February 2013 to February 2015, 78 patients who received antibiotics washing during pacemaker implantation were selected as observation group and 78 patients who were not irrigated with antimicrobial agents as control group. To observe the changes of serum inflammatory markers before and after operation and follow up the postoperative cystic bag infection.
