【摘要】：背景:目前評(píng)估前交叉韌帶重建術(shù)療效的方法有很多種,而醫(yī)生總是習(xí)慣以客觀指標(biāo)為參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(比如膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度、影像學(xué)資料)來評(píng)價(jià)手術(shù)的成功與否,而很少從患者自身主觀滿意度出發(fā)來評(píng)估療效。目的:分析影響前交叉韌帶重建術(shù)后患者主觀滿意度的可能因素。方法:行前交叉韌帶重建的患者98例,男性58例,女性40例,平均年齡為27.4歲,平均隨訪時(shí)間為17.5個(gè)月,隨訪調(diào)查所有患者對(duì)前交叉韌帶重建術(shù)后的滿意度,對(duì)可能影響的因素(包括年齡、隨訪時(shí)間、性別、患肢、心理素質(zhì)、文化水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、術(shù)后運(yùn)動(dòng)水平、術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)IKDC評(píng)分)與患者主觀滿意度之間進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,確定其影響作用。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)98例患者均獲隨訪,72%的患者對(duì)手術(shù)愈后表示滿意,28%的患者表示不滿意。(2)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),患者的心理素質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、術(shù)后運(yùn)動(dòng)水平和IKDC評(píng)分與患者的主觀滿意度之間有顯著性差異(P0.05);(3)結(jié)果提示,提高人民的生活水平,加大對(duì)醫(yī)療行業(yè)的投入,良好的術(shù)前溝通,心理輔導(dǎo)和合理的康復(fù)計(jì)劃都可以提高前交叉韌帶重建患者的滿意度。
[Abstract]:Background: there are many methods to evaluate the outcome of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and doctors are used to use objective criteria (such as knee motion, imaging data) to evaluate the success of the operation. Patients' subjective satisfaction is rarely used to evaluate the efficacy. Objective: to analyze the possible factors influencing subjective satisfaction after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: 98 patients (58 males and 40 females) underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACL) with an average age of 27.4 years and an average follow-up time of 17.5 months. The possible influencing factors (including age, follow-up time, sex, affected limb, psychological quality, education level, economic status, postoperative movement level, postoperative IKDC score of knee joint) and subjective satisfaction of patients were statistically analyzed. Determine its impact. Results and conclusions: (1) all 98 patients were followed up. 72% of the patients were not satisfied with the outcome of the operation. (2) the psychological quality and economic status of the patients were found by statistical analysis. There was significant difference between postoperative exercise level and IKDC score and patients' subjective satisfaction (P0.05); (3). The results suggested that the living standard of the people should be improved, the investment in the medical profession should be increased, and the preoperative communication should be good. Psychological counseling and reasonable rehabilitation programs can improve the satisfaction of patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
