【摘要】：腹腔鏡胃袖狀切除術(LSG)因其療效快速持久而成為減重外科的首選術式,但同時也存在某些潛在并發(fā)癥,如果處理不當,可導致死亡等嚴重后果。因此,及早預防及診斷LSG后出現(xiàn)的并發(fā)癥,采取有效的處理措施,對LSG的開展具有重要意義。充分的術前準備、規(guī)范的手術操作及完善的術后隨訪是預防并及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥的基礎,根據(jù)病人的具體情況選擇個體化治療方案是手術并發(fā)癥能夠得到有效處理的保障。
[Abstract]:Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) is the first choice for weight loss surgery because of its rapid and lasting curative effect. However, there are some potential complications, which can lead to death and other serious consequences if not handled properly. Therefore, it is of great significance to prevent and diagnose the complications after LSG and to take effective management measures for the development of LSG. Adequate preoperative preparation, standard operation and perfect postoperative follow-up are the basis of prevention and timely discovery of complications. The choice of individualized treatment scheme according to the specific conditions of patients is the guarantee of effective management of surgical complications.
