七氟烷和丙泊酚對(duì)老年患者腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能的影響研究

【摘要】：目的探討七氟烷和丙泊酚對(duì)老年患者腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能的影響。方法選擇2016年3月至2016年9月?lián)衿谛懈骨荤R膽囊切除的患者共60例,分為七氟醚組(S組)和丙泊酚組(P組),每組30例。比較兩組患者術(shù)后簡(jiǎn)易認(rèn)知功能篩查表(MMSE)評(píng)分和術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能障礙(POCD)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 T_0時(shí),P組和S組患者的MMSE評(píng)分比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);T_1和T_2時(shí),S組患者的MMSE值明顯低于P組,且T_1時(shí)S組患者的POCD發(fā)生率明顯高于P組;T_3時(shí),兩組患者M(jìn)MSE評(píng)分、POCD發(fā)生率比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。S組患者在T_1、T_2、T_3時(shí)的MMSE評(píng)分均較T_0明顯降低(P0.05);P組患者在T_1、T_2時(shí)的MMSE評(píng)分均較T_0明顯降低(P0.05),在T3時(shí)逐漸恢復(fù)。結(jié)論與丙泊酚相比,七氟烷對(duì)老年患者POCD發(fā)生的影響更加顯著且持久。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of sevoflurane and propofol on cognitive function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from March 2016 to September 2016 were divided into sevoflurane group (group S) and propofol group (group P) with 30 cases in each group. The (MMSE) score of simple cognitive function screening form and the incidence of postoperative (POCD) of cognitive dysfunction were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in the MMSE scores between the patients in group P and group S (P0.05) the MMSE value of patients in group S was significantly lower than that in group P, and the incidence of POCD in group S at T 1 was significantly higher than that in group P (P < 0.05), and the incidence of POCD in group S at T 1 was significantly higher than that in group S (P < 0.05), and the incidence of POCD in group S at T 1 was significantly higher than that in group T 3. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of MMSE score and POCD between the two groups (P0.05). The MMSE scores of the patients in the group S were significantly lower than those in the group T0 (P0.05), and the MMSE scores of the patients in the group P were significantly lower than those of the patients at the time of T0 (P0.05), and gradually recovered at T3. Conclusion compared with propofol, sevoflurane has a more significant and lasting effect on the occurrence of POCD in elderly patients.
