椎間盤內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞在椎間盤組織修復(fù)再生中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:目的總結(jié)近年椎間盤內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展,討論利用內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞修復(fù)治療椎間盤退行性疾病的潛在可能性。方法查閱近年椎間盤內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞參與椎間盤組織修復(fù)再生的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),分析椎間盤內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞的修復(fù)再生潛能,總結(jié)體外提取和培養(yǎng)椎間盤內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞的方法,并展望其臨床應(yīng)用前景。結(jié)果椎間盤組織內(nèi)存在干細(xì)胞巢,內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞在微環(huán)境改變下歸巢或遷移至受損組織,并參與組織的修復(fù)再生;椎間盤內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞的遷移募集活動能夠被趨化因子系統(tǒng)所誘導(dǎo)。椎間盤的組織特異性干細(xì)胞逐漸得到確認(rèn),并成功分離、培養(yǎng)與鑒定,為椎間盤內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞的臨床應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)論椎間盤內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞在椎間盤組織修復(fù)再生中發(fā)揮重要作用,基于椎間盤內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞的生物學(xué)修復(fù)策略具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the recent advances in endogenous stem cells of intervertebral disc and discuss the potential of using endogenous stem cells to repair intervertebral disc degenerative diseases. Methods the related literatures on endogenous stem cells of intervertebral disc involved in the repair and regeneration of intervertebral disc were reviewed in recent years, the potential of repair and regeneration of endogenous stem cells of intervertebral disc were analyzed, and the methods of extraction and culture of endogenous stem cells of intervertebral disc in vitro were summarized. The prospect of its clinical application is also prospected. Results there were stem cell nests in intervertebral disc tissue. Endogenous stem cells were homing or migrating to damaged tissue under microenvironment change and participated in tissue repair and regeneration. The migration and recruitment of endogenous stem cells of intervertebral disc can be induced by chemokine system. Tissue specific stem cells of intervertebral disc were gradually confirmed, isolated, cultured and identified successfully, which laid a foundation for clinical application of endogenous stem cells of intervertebral disc. Conclusion the endogenous stem cells of intervertebral disc play an important role in the repair and regeneration of intervertebral disc, and the biological repair strategy based on the endogenous stem cells of intervertebral disc has a broad application prospect.
