頸椎退行性疾病患者抬下頜及自然體位頸椎側(cè)位X線片頸椎中立位曲度差異

【摘要】:目的探討頸椎退行性疾病患者抬下頜及自然體位頸椎側(cè)位X線片測得的頸椎中立位曲度差異。方法選擇頸椎退行性疾病患者59例,均拍攝抬下頜及自然體位頸椎側(cè)位X線片。分別測量并比較兩種體位X線片O-C_2角及C_(2~7)角。結(jié)果抬下頜及自然體位X線片C_(2~7)角分別為-15.3°~50.2°(20.0°±13.4°)、-16.1°~38.2°(11.1°±11.8°),兩者比較P0.01;兩種體位C_(2~7)角差值為0.8°~26.6°(8.9°±6.1°),兩種體位C_(2~7)角度值呈正相關(guān)(r=0.890,P0.01)。抬下頜及自然體位O-C_2角分別為14.8°~46.8°(31.8°±6.0°)、11.1°~40.9°(27.0°±6.6°),兩者比較P0.01;兩種體位O-C_2角差值為-2.4°~12.4°(4.8°±3.3°),兩種體位O-C_2角度值呈正相關(guān)(r=0.873,P0.01)。結(jié)論頸椎退行性疾病患者抬下頜體位X線片測得的頸椎中立位曲度比實際增大;拍攝頸椎側(cè)位X線片時應(yīng)采用自然體位。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the difference of cervical spine neutral curvature between mandibular lifting and natural position in cervical degenerative diseases. Methods 59 patients with cervical degenerative diseases were studied. The O-C _ 2 and C _ (2 + 7) angles were measured and compared respectively. Results the angle of C _ (2O _ 7) was -15.3 擄/ 50.2 擄(20.0 擄鹵13.4 擄) and 38.2 擄(11.1 擄鹵11.8 擄), respectively, compared with that of P0.01.The angle difference between the two positions was 0.8 擄26.6 擄(8.9 擄鹵6.1 擄), and there was a positive correlation between the angle values of C _ (2) and C _ (2) (r _ (900.8P _ (0.01). The O-C _ 2 angle of mandibular lifting and natural position were 14.8 擄/ 46.8 擄(31.8 擄鹵6.0 擄) and 11.1 擄/ 40.9 擄(27.0 擄鹵6.6 擄) respectively, the difference of O-C _ 2 angle was -2.4 擄/ 12.4 擄(4.8 擄鹵3.3 擄), and the angle of O-C _ (2) was positively correlated with that of O-C _ (2) (r = 0.873p _ (0.01). Conclusion the curvature of neutral position of cervical vertebrae measured by X-ray radiography in cervical degenerative disease patients is larger than that of normal cervical vertebrae, and the natural posture should be used in the lateral position of cervical vertebrae.
