【摘要】:正椎間盤退變性疾病是臨床常見病和多發(fā)病,目前研究認為,影響椎間盤退變的主要因素有炎癥反應(yīng)、氧化應(yīng)激和機械應(yīng)力等~[1~3]。在這些因素的作用下,椎間盤軟骨終板發(fā)生病理性改變,出現(xiàn)終板鈣化,導(dǎo)致營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)彌散障礙,是椎間盤退變的始動因素~[4],而終板軟骨細胞肥大、凋亡在終板鈣化中起主要作用~[5]。但目前對軟骨細胞退變的
