【摘要】：目的:探討MSCT曲面重建對急性闌尾炎的診斷價(jià)值。方法:搜集本院300例急性闌尾炎病例,分析在橫斷面、矢狀面、冠狀面以及曲面重建顯示方法下對闌尾全程顯示率。結(jié)果:在橫斷面、矢狀面、冠狀面以及曲面重建闌尾全程顯示率分別約為5.67%、5.00%、7.33%和98.67%,曲面重建與其他方法顯示差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:曲面重建對急性闌尾炎時(shí)闌尾的全程顯示率明顯高于橫斷面、矢狀面以及冠狀面重建,曲面重建對急性闌尾炎的診斷具有較大價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT surface reconstruction in acute appendicitis. Methods: 300 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital were collected, and the overall display rate of appendicitis was analyzed under cross section, sagittal plane, coronal plane and curved surface reconstruction. Results: the whole course display rate of appendix reconstruction on cross section sagittal plane coronal plane and curved surface was about 5.675.007.33% and 98.67% respectively. The difference between curved surface reconstruction and other methods was statistically significant. Conclusion: the overall display rate of acute appendicitis with curved surface reconstruction is significantly higher than that of cross section, sagittal and coronal reconstruction. Surface reconstruction is of great value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
