【摘要】：目的：觀察生肌玉紅膏促進(jìn)混合痔術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合的作用方法：將符合納入觀測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的混合痔術(shù)后患者80例隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組40例,對(duì)照組40例。治療組術(shù)后給予創(chuàng)面生肌玉紅膏油紗條換藥,3g/次,一日2次；對(duì)照組術(shù)后給予創(chuàng)面凡士林油紗條換藥,3g／次,一日2次。兩組均以10d為1療程,對(duì)術(shù)后第2、6、10天進(jìn)行觀察比較。對(duì)創(chuàng)面肛門疼痛、水腫及滲液程度進(jìn)行觀察,并選定創(chuàng)面面積、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、創(chuàng)口愈合率作為創(chuàng)口修復(fù)指標(biāo),將其按無(wú)、輕、中、重分別計(jì)為0、1、2、3分,對(duì)治療前以及治療后進(jìn)行觀察統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果：應(yīng)用生肌玉紅膏術(shù)后換藥,總有效率為97%,對(duì)照組的總有效率為90%。經(jīng)過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理,兩組療效有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療組在加速創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合、緩解肛門疼痛、消除水腫等方面與對(duì)照組存在顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論：生肌玉紅膏具有的活血祛腐,解毒鎮(zhèn)痛,潤(rùn)膚生肌等功效,不僅可消除混合痔術(shù)后創(chuàng)面的炎癥腫脹,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合,還可明顯減輕肛門病術(shù)后創(chuàng)口疼痛、水腫、出血、滲出等不良反應(yīng)及并發(fā)癥,值得在肛腸疾病術(shù)后換藥中推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of Shengji Yuhong ointment on the healing of wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids operation: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given the dressing of Shengji YYu ointment oil yarn after the operation, 3g/ times, 2 times a day; the control group was given the wounds after the operation. The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group (P0.05). The treatment group was accelerating the wound healing time, promoting the wound healing, and the healing of the wound. There was a significant difference between the anus pain and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Shengji Yuhong ointment has the effect of activating blood and removing rot, detoxifying and relieving analgesic and emollient muscle, which can not only eliminate the inflammatory swelling of the wound and promote wound healing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids, but also reduce the wound pain, edema, bleeding, exudation and so on after the operation of anus. Adverse reactions and complications are worthy of application in anorectal surgery after dressing change.
