【摘要】：目的:探咔究咔類LIFT術(shù)在治咔療低咔位肛咔瘺的臨咔床治咔愈率、患者術(shù)咔后的疼咔痛程咔度以及術(shù)后肛門功咔能的情況,以準(zhǔn)咔確的分咔析類LIFT術(shù)的優(yōu)咔勢與不足。方法:在我咔院就診的低位肛咔瘺的病例中挑取60例,隨咔機分為兩個組。每咔組30例患者分咔別為行類LIFT術(shù)治療的治咔療咔組和行咔肛瘺切咔開術(shù)治療的對咔照組。分別就兩組患者治咔愈率、疼咔痛程度、術(shù)后小咔便情況、術(shù)咔后肛門功能、創(chuàng)咔面愈咔合時間、住咔院時間等指標(biāo)進行對照觀察。結(jié)果:類LIFT術(shù)與肛咔瘺切開術(shù)相比,兩咔組治咔愈率相同,未出現(xiàn)復(fù)咔發(fā)患者,術(shù)咔后疼咔痛、術(shù)咔后肛門功咔能、創(chuàng)咔面愈咔合時間、住咔院時間的比較有明咔顯的統(tǒng)計學(xué)差咔異(P0.05),治咔療組優(yōu)咔于對咔照組。結(jié)論:類LIFT術(shù)在保證了高治咔愈率的同時,能夠明顯縮咔短術(shù)后創(chuàng)咔面愈咔合的時間,并且能減咔輕患者術(shù)后的疼咔痛程咔度,維護患者術(shù)后的肛門功能。此方法是治咔療低位肛咔瘺的優(yōu)勢手術(shù),值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of kakuchi LIFT on the treatment of low carapace anal carapace fistula, the rate of treatment, the pain rate of the patients and the anus knuckles after operation, and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of LIFT with accurate and accurate method. Methods: 60 cases of low anal carbolic fistula were selected and divided into two groups. 30 patients in each group were divided into two groups: the treatment group treated by LIFT and the control group treated by carbolysis of anal fistula. The treatment rate, pain and pain, postoperative condition, anal function after operation, the time of opening and closing, and the time of staying in the hospital were compared and observed respectively in the two groups in terms of cure rate, pain and pain degree, postoperative condition of small carapace, the function of anus after operation and the time to stay in the hospital. Results: compared with the operation of anal clavorrhaphy, the two groups had the same rate of healing, no patients with recurrent ka-fa, pain and pain after operation, anus knuckles after operation, and the time of cutting through the surface of the two groups. The comparison of the time of living in Jiayuan had the difference between Ming and Xian (P0.05), and the treatment group was excellent in the control group. Conclusion: LIFT can not only ensure the high cure rate, but also reduce the time of the healing of the surface after operation, reduce the degree of pain and maintain the anal function of the patients after operation. This method is an advantage operation for the treatment of low anal carapace fistula, and it is worth popularizing.
