【摘要】：背景:研究顯示,他汀類藥物能夠促進(jìn)椎間盤細(xì)胞骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白2、聚集蛋白聚糖及Ⅱ型膠原等細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)m RNA達(dá),同時(shí)也能使已去分化的髓核細(xì)胞表型發(fā)生逆轉(zhuǎn),從而能減緩椎間盤退變過程。目的:綜述近年來國內(nèi)外研究辛伐他汀誘導(dǎo)干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)活性及動(dòng)員內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞修復(fù)退變椎間盤的研究進(jìn)展。方法:由第一作者檢索至2016年1月為止Pub Med及CNKI相關(guān)期刊論文,以"椎間盤退變治療,內(nèi)源性干細(xì)胞和退變的椎間盤,辛伐他汀和干細(xì)胞"等為檢索詞,共檢索102篇相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),排除重復(fù)研究,共48篇文獻(xiàn)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:綜合大量國內(nèi)外科研人員對(duì)椎間盤退變治療的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)辛伐他汀可以促進(jìn)低氧誘導(dǎo)因子1α的表達(dá),同時(shí)低氧誘導(dǎo)因子1α又可以調(diào)控退變的椎間盤組織中的髓核間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞的生物學(xué)行為。因此,辛伐他汀能夠通過此途徑來進(jìn)行退變椎間盤的內(nèi)源性修復(fù)和重建。
[Abstract]:Background: studies have shown that statins can promote bone morphogenetic protein 2, aggregation proteoglycan and type II collagen extracellular matrix mRNA, but also reverse the phenotype of dedifferentiated nucleus pulposus cells. This can slow down the process of disc degeneration. Aim: to review the recent progress in the research on the biological activity of simvastatin induced stem cells and the mobilization of endogenous stem cells to repair degenerative intervertebral disc. Methods: the full text databases of Pub Med and CNKI Chinese journals were searched by the first author until January 2016. The key words were "disc degeneration therapy, endogenous stem cells and degenerated intervertebral discs, simvastatin and stem cells". A total of 102 related articles were retrieved and 48 articles met the inclusion criteria. Results & conclusion: a large number of researchers at home and abroad have studied the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration and found that simvastatin can promote the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1 偽. At the same time, hypoxia inducible factor 1 偽 can regulate the biological behavior of nucleus pulposus mesenchymal stem cells in degenerative intervertebral disc. Therefore, simvastatin can be used for endogenous repair and reconstruction of degenerative intervertebral disc.
