【摘要】：背景:良好的腰椎間盤(pán)退變動(dòng)物模型的建立,可以生動(dòng)直觀的幫助醫(yī)療工作者理解腰椎間盤(pán)退行性改變的病理生理變化以及疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展規(guī)律,并可以通過(guò)成熟的退變模型,探索研究更有效的治療方式。目的:綜述近年國(guó)內(nèi)外體內(nèi)腰椎間盤(pán)退變動(dòng)物模型的研究進(jìn)展。方法:第一作者應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)檢索至2016年5月為止的Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、相關(guān)期刊論文相關(guān)文章,英文檢索詞"lumbar disc,degeneration,animal model,vivo model";中文檢索詞"腰椎間盤(pán),退行性病變,動(dòng)物模型,在體模型"。共檢索到161篇相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),49篇文獻(xiàn)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)建立一種直觀可靠的椎間盤(pán)退變動(dòng)物模型將助力腰椎間盤(pán)退變疾病的各項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)研究,并為腰椎間盤(pán)退變的修復(fù)治療提供良好的實(shí)驗(yàn)載體;(2)經(jīng)過(guò)80余年的發(fā)展,腰椎間盤(pán)退變的動(dòng)物模型已形成了物種多、方法全、思路新的制作模式。現(xiàn)行制作模型各具優(yōu)勢(shì),不可替代,但還存在可控性不強(qiáng),安全度不高或觀察周期長(zhǎng)等問(wèn)題,這些都需要進(jìn)一步研究探索。
[Abstract]:Background: the establishment of a good animal model of lumbar disc degeneration can help medical workers to understand the pathophysiological changes of lumbar disc degeneration and the occurrence and development of the disease. To explore more effective treatment methods. Objective: to review the progress of animal models of lumbar disc degeneration at home and abroad in recent years. Methods: the first author searched the Pub Med database by computer until May 2016, related articles in the full text database of Chinese periodicals, the English key word was "lumbar discade generation animal model in vivo", the Chinese key words "lumbar intervertebral disc, degenerative disease, animal model, animal model", and the Chinese key words were "lumbar disc, degenerative disease, animal model, animal model". In vivo model. A total of 161 related articles were found to meet the inclusion criteria. Results & conclusion: (1) the establishment of an intuitionistic and reliable animal model of disc degeneration will contribute to the basic research of lumbar disc degeneration and provide a good experimental carrier for the repair of lumbar disc degeneration. (2) after more than 80 years of development, The animal model of lumbar disc degeneration has formed a new model with many species, complete methods and ideas. The current models have their own advantages and cannot be replaced, but there are still some problems, such as low controllability, low safety degree or long observation period, which need to be further studied and explored.
