【摘要】：目的觀察超短波聯(lián)合依托考昔治療肩周炎的療效。方法選取2015年3月至2016年3月期間在我院門診治療的肩周炎患者80例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為觀察組及對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組口服依托考昔,觀察組口服依托考昔聯(lián)合超短波治療。比較治療前后視覺模擬疼痛評(píng)分法、關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度、改良Bar-thel指數(shù)、臨床治愈率,復(fù)發(fā)率和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療后兩組患者獲得良好的臨床治愈率,藥物不良反應(yīng)少,隨訪發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā)率低,肩關(guān)節(jié)疼痛評(píng)分、活動(dòng)度、改良Barthel指數(shù)均較治療前明顯改善,但觀察組改善更顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論超短波聯(lián)合依托考昔治療肩周炎能有效緩解患者肩部疼痛,改善肩關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)功能,該聯(lián)合療法值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of ultrashort wave combined with Ecoxim in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods from March 2015 to March 2016, 80 patients with shoulder periarthritis treated in our outpatient department were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The control group was treated by etacoxib and the observation group by etacoxib combined with ultrashort wave. Visual analogue pain score, joint motion, modified Bar-thel index, clinical cure rate, recurrence rate and adverse reaction were compared before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the two groups obtained good clinical cure rate, less adverse drug reactions, low recurrence rate, shoulder pain score, range of movement and modified Barthel index, but the improvement was more significant in the observation group (P0.05). Conclusion ultrashort wave combined with coriposide can effectively relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder motion function, and the combined therapy is worthy of clinical application.
