【摘要】：目的：探討新型交叉雙環(huán)鋼絲捆扎技術(shù)聯(lián)合關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)治療高齡股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間粉碎骨折的臨床療效。方法：將2012年12月至2014年2月我院收治的44例粉碎性轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折病人隨機分為2組,其中22例采用交叉雙環(huán)鋼絲捆扎加人工關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù),22例采用普通環(huán)形鋼絲捆扎加人工關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)。兩組分別從術(shù)后首次下床行走時間、術(shù)后住院時間、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、術(shù)后1月、6月及12個月髖關(guān)節(jié)功能評分等方面進行對比分析。結(jié)果：采用新型交叉雙環(huán)鋼絲捆扎組與采用普通鋼絲捆扎組相比,前者的術(shù)后首次下床行走時間更早、術(shù)后住院時間更短,術(shù)后1月、6月、12月髖關(guān)節(jié)Harris功能評分方面明顯優(yōu)于后者(P0.05)。結(jié)論：新型交叉雙環(huán)鋼絲捆扎加人工關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)可減少患者臥床時間,減少住院時間,提高關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后人工關(guān)節(jié)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of new cross double-ring wire binding technique combined with arthroplasty in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric comminuted fracture. Methods: from December 2012 to February 2014, 44 patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into two groups. 22 cases were treated with cross double ring steel wire binding and artificial joint replacement. 22 cases were treated with common ring steel wire binding and artificial joint replacement. The time of walking out of bed after operation, the time of hospitalization, the incidence of postoperative complications and the score of hip joint function at 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results: the first time of walking out of bed was earlier and the hospitalization time was shorter in the new type cross double ring steel wire binding group than that in the common steel wire binding group. The Harris score of hip joint in 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after operation was significantly better than that of the latter (P 0.05). Conclusion: the new cross double ring wire binding and artificial joint replacement can reduce the time of bed rest and hospital stay and improve the function of artificial joint after joint replacement.
