三種不同預(yù)處理方法對(duì)婦科人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)器械的清洗效果

【摘要】:目的探討不同預(yù)處理方法清洗婦科人流手術(shù)器械的效果,提高清洗質(zhì)量。方法將使用后隔夜的婦科人流手術(shù)器械隨機(jī)分為3組,分別采用多酶清洗液浸泡、多酶清洗液浸泡加超聲、堿性清洗液浸泡加超聲3種預(yù)處理方法,采用目測(cè)加放大鏡法及ATP生物熒光檢測(cè)法進(jìn)行清洗效果評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 3組清洗合格率目測(cè)加放大鏡依次為82.33%、95.22%和98.11%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=139.84,P0.005);ATP生物熒光法檢測(cè)合格率為依次為77.67%、87.44%和96.33%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=242.73,P0.005)。結(jié)論隔夜的婦科人流手術(shù)器械采用堿性清洗液浸泡加超聲進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,可以預(yù)先有效降低器械表面的生物負(fù)荷,彌補(bǔ)機(jī)洗的不足,清洗效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of cleaning gynecological artificial abortion instruments by different pretreatment methods and improve the cleaning quality. Methods the instruments of gynecological abortion were randomly divided into three groups, which were soaked in multi-enzyme cleaning solution, soaked in multi-enzyme cleaning liquid and ultrasonic, and soaked in alkaline cleaning liquid and ultrasonic respectively. The cleaning effect was evaluated by visual test plus magnifying glass method and ATP biofluorescence assay. Results the qualified rates of cleaning and magnifying glass in the three groups were 82.33 ~ 95.22% and 98.11, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2 +) 139.84 (P 0.005). The qualified rates of ATP biofluorescence assay were 77.67% and 96.33% respectively (蠂 2242.73 P 0.005). Conclusion the pretreatment of overnight gynecological artificial abortion instruments with alkaline cleaning liquid and ultrasound can effectively reduce the biological load on the surface of the instruments and make up for the shortage of machine washing, and the cleaning effect is good.
